# Whenever > Whenever is the platform for AI workflows: deterministic flows, AI steps and bounded agent loops. A coding agent or Whenever’s own builder writes a TypeScript workflow, and Whenever hosts, triggers and runs that reviewed code, with managed secrets, integrations and run history. Orchestration is code; a model is called only by a step the workflow declares. Metered per run; free AI building and editing have weekly usage limits. ## For coding agents - To deploy: read https://www.whenever.dev/skill.md, then connect the MCP server https://mcp.whenever.dev (Claude Code: `claude mcp add --transport http whenever https://mcp.whenever.dev`). - Install the guide as a Claude Code skill: `mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills/whenever-deploy && curl -fsSL https://www.whenever.dev/skill.md -o ~/.claude/skills/whenever-deploy/SKILL.md`. - There is no CLI and no import format: rewrite the existing task as a workflow module, save a draft over MCP, and publish. - The owner enters every secret in the browser Setup page; no MCP tool accepts a credential. - A policy pass is not a build, a build is not a publish, a publish is not an activation, and none of them is a successful run. ## Capabilities - Deploy from a coding agent: point Claude Code, Codex or Cursor at https://www.whenever.dev/skill.md and the MCP server; it refactors the task into a workflow, saves a draft, and publishes after the owner completes Setup in the browser. ([more](https://www.whenever.dev/deploy)) - Connects to any API with published documentation: the builder reads the docs, shows which pages it used, writes the calls, and never guesses an endpoint. Undocumented? Paste the docs into the chat. ([more](https://www.whenever.dev/custom-api-integration)) - A managed catalogue of integrations, some reached through the provider’s own MCP server, so an AI step can use its tools. ([more](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations)) - Starts workflows from webhooks, schedules, provider events or on demand; signed Stripe, GitHub, Shopify, Slack and Standard Webhooks senders are verified. ([more](https://www.whenever.dev/webhooks)) - An MCP server at mcp.whenever.dev, so Claude, Cursor or Codex can write, test and deploy workflows from the chat. ([more](https://www.whenever.dev/mcp)) - Workflows can use Slack app events, Telegram bot updates, WhatsApp Business messages and Discord interactions, or scheduled API checks. Trigger setup and plan schedule limits apply; no hosted website chat widget. ([more](https://www.whenever.dev/ai-chatbot-builder)) - Subscription plans include monthly workflow-run allowances and separate runtime AI spend. Execution call budgets and weekly AI-building limits apply; contact Whenever about a larger plan at a limit. ([more](https://www.whenever.dev/pricing)) ## Pricing (USD) Hobby: $0/mo. 100 runs per month. Pro, monthly billing: $39/mo. 10,000 runs per month. Pro, yearly billing: $29/mo (Billed as $348/yr). 10,000 runs per month. AI building and editing have weekly usage limits. Runtime AI usage and provider charges are separate. Plans and current allowances: https://www.whenever.dev/pricing Start building: https://app.whenever.dev/ ## Integrations - [Turn any webhook into Airtable records](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/webhook/and/airtable): Send any webhook into Airtable: describe what should happen and Whenever builds the workflow, with a stable webhook address and signature checks. - [YouTube](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/youtube): Most YouTube automations start from one question: what did this channel publish, and how is it performing? - [Facebook](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/facebook): Automating Facebook means automating a Facebook Page, not a personal profile. - [Instagram](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/instagram): Instagram automation through the official platform works only for professional accounts, meaning Business or Creator profiles. - [Reddit](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/reddit): Most teams that automate Reddit are listening rather than posting. - [Pinterest](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/pinterest): Most Pinterest automation is about the advertiser side of the account: ad accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads and the analytics attached to each level. - [Canva](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/canva): Most teams that want to automate Canva are trying to stop hand-editing the same layout fifty times. - [OpenAI](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/openai): Most people who connect OpenAI to an automation want one of two things: a model call inside a larger job, such as classifying an inbound message or drafting a summary, or housekeeping on the OpenAI account itself, such as tracking token spend, cleaning up uploaded files, or watching a fine-tuning job finish. - [iLovePDF](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/i-love-pdf): The iLovePDF developer API, sold as iLoveAPI, exposes the same tools as the website: compress, merge, split, convert Office files to PDF, PDF to JPG, images to PDF, page numbers, watermarks, rotation, repair, PDF/A, OCR, protect and unlock. - [LinkedIn](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/linkedin): Most LinkedIn automation falls into two separate jobs: publishing content to a member profile or company page, and sending results back to LinkedIn advertising so campaigns learn which clicks turned into revenue. - [AccuWeather](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/accu-weather): Most AccuWeather automations answer a narrow operational question: will it rain on tomorrow’s outdoor shift, is there an active alert near a warehouse, should a delivery window move? - [Wise](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/wise): Finance teams that pay contractors and suppliers abroad through Wise usually want one thing from automation: fewer copy-and-paste steps between the list of who is owed money and the transfer screen. - [Discord](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/discord): Discord automation is most useful when the server action has a clear boundary: open a thread for a support request, post a form submission to a staff channel, or summarize the week’s discussions in an announcements channel. - [GitHub](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/github): Most GitHub automations fall into two types. - [Telegram](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/telegram): Telegram automation runs through a bot, not through your personal account. - [Remove.bg](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/remove-bg): Remove.bg does one job in an automation: it takes a product shot, portrait or listing photo and returns a cutout. - [Yandex](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/yandex): Yandex is several products behind one login, and the first decision in any automation is which of them you actually mean. - [Pexels](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/pexels): Teams usually reach for the Pexels API when a recurring piece of content needs a picture and nobody wants to open a browser tab to find one. - [Twitch](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/twitch): Twitch automation revolves around one moment: a broadcaster going live. - [Best Buy](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/bestbuy): The Best Buy Developer API is a read-only window onto Best Buy’s public retail data. - [CoinMarketCap](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/coinmarketcap): CoinMarketCap is usually automated for one of two reasons: keeping a portfolio sheet priced without manual lookups, or noticing a move in a coin you hold before you open a chart. - [Semrush](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/semrush): Semrush data is usually pulled into an automation to answer a recurring question: did our positions for the keywords we care about move, which competitor domains gained visibility, how much search volume is behind a new list of topics. - [Figma](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/figma): Designers rarely want a bot inside their canvas. - [Ticketmaster](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/ticketmaster): For most builders, Ticketmaster automation means the Discovery API: a public, read-only catalogue of events, attractions, venues and classifications that you query with an API key passed as a query parameter. - [Shopify](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/shopify): Shopify workflows should distinguish an order, its payment state, and its fulfillment state. - [CloudConvert](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/cloudconvert): CloudConvert is rarely the point of an automation; it is the step in the middle that turns a file people have into the file a system needs. - [NASA](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/nasa): api.nasa.gov is a gateway to a set of public data services rather than one product: Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD), Near Earth Object Web Service (NeoWs), the space weather database DONKI, the Earth Observatory natural events tracker EONET, EPIC imagery of the whole Earth, and the Techport and technology transfer catalogues, among others. - [Perplexity AI](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/perplexityai): Perplexity's API is worth reaching for when an automated step needs an answer grounded in the current web rather than in a model's training data. - [Salesforce](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/salesforce): Salesforce tends to be the system of record that other tools report into, which makes the interesting automations the ones that write a small, well-defined change back: a health score on an Account, a risk note before a renewal, a task for an owner. - [PhotoRoom](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/photoroom): PhotoRoom earns its place in a catalogue or marketplace pipeline when product photos arrive in inconsistent shapes: different backgrounds, crops and lighting from different photographers or sellers. - [Cloudflare](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/cloudflare): Cloudflare offers many unrelated products, so begin by naming the one you need. - [Wix](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/wix): A Wix site is usually more than pages: it can carry a store, a bookings calendar, a members area, forms and CMS collections, each with its own set of REST APIs. - [DeepSeek](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/deepseek): DeepSeek is a model you call, not an app that holds your records. - [Zoom](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/zoom): Most Zoom automation starts after a meeting, not during it. - [Giphy](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/giphy): GIPHY is rarely the main system in an automation; it is the finishing touch on something else. - [Archive.org](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/archive-org): The Internet Archive serves two very different needs through separate interfaces. - [Stack Exchange](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/stack-exchange): The Stack Exchange API (version 2.3) covers every site in the network, from Stack Overflow to Super User and the smaller communities, and the site parameter picks which one a request reads. - [Hostinger](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/hostinger): Hostinger’s public API covers the parts of an account that people otherwise click through hPanel for: the domain portfolio, DNS zone records, VPS instances, hosting, email and billing subscriptions. - [Dropbox](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/dropbox): Dropbox automations generally react to files: a signed contract lands in a shared folder, a photographer uploads a shoot, an accountant drops monthly statements into a client folder. - [CoinGecko](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/coingecko): CoinGecko is a read-only data source. - [OneDrive](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/one-drive): OneDrive is usually the place where files land rather than where work is tracked: scanned receipts, signed contracts, exported reports, photos from site visits. - [Coinbase](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/coinbase): People automate Coinbase mostly for bookkeeping and monitoring: pulling balances into a net-worth sheet, exporting transactions for tax records, or getting a message when a price crosses a level. - [Slack](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/slack): Slack is most useful in an automation when the message tells a particular person what changed and where to act. - [HubSpot](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/hubspot): HubSpot automation works best when the brief says which CRM record should change and why. - [Gamma](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/gamma): Gamma turns text into presentations, documents, web pages and social posts. - [Stripe](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/stripe): Stripe events describe specific moments in a payment lifecycle, not a single universal sale. A customer record can be created before a payment exists. - [Ahrefs](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/ahrefs): People automate Ahrefs to stop re-running the same reports by hand: a weekly look at new and lost backlinks, keyword positions for a client, or a check on whether a competitor's organic traffic estimate jumped. - [Gmail](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/gmail): Gmail workflows are easier to supervise when the brief separates reading, drafting, and sending. - [Asana](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/asana): Asana is where work is supposed to end up, so the useful automations are the ones that create the right task in the right project without someone copying it over: a checklist for a new hire, an action pulled out of a chat thread, a recurring review. - [Square](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/square): Square holds the record of what happened at the counter: each card tap or cash sale becomes a Payment, usually linked to an Order with line items, at a specific Location. - [Eventbrite](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/eventbrite): Organizers usually automate Eventbrite to get attendee and order data out of it quickly: into a CRM, a seating sheet, a badge printer queue, or a follow-up email list. - [Miro](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/miro): Miro boards are a canvas of items: sticky notes, cards, shapes, text, frames, images and connectors, each with a position, a size and its own content fields. - [Trello](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/trello): On most Trello boards, a card’s list is its status. - [Zendesk](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/zendesk): Zendesk Support is built around the ticket: a requester, an assignee and group, a status that moves from new through open and pending to solved and closed, tags, custom fields, and a thread of comments that are either public replies or internal notes. - [Workday RaaS](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/workday-raas): Most Workday automation requests turn out to be reporting requests: a weekly list of new hires for IT provisioning, headcount by cost centre for finance, or open requisitions for a recruiting stand-up. - [Google Calendar](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/googlecalendar): Google Calendar is rarely the end point of an automation; it is usually the clock that tells another system what to prepare. - [Jotform](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/jotform): Jotform keeps each form’s answers as submissions, and the Jotform API exposes them per form: list a form’s submissions, read a single one with its answers keyed by question ID, read the form’s questions, and fetch uploaded files by their URLs. - [Google Meet](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/googlemeet): Most of what people want to automate around Google Meet happens after a call ends: who attended, how long they stayed, and where the recording or transcript landed. - [WhoisFreaks](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/whoisfreaks): WhoisFreaks is a data API rather than an app people work inside, so automations around it are about watching domains. - [HeyGen](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/heygen): HeyGen turns a script into a video presented by an avatar, translates existing videos into other languages with matching voice, and offers a Video Agent that produces a video from a single prompt. - [Lucid](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/lucid): Lucid's products, Lucidchart for diagrams and Lucidspark for whiteboards, hold a lot of knowledge that nobody reads after the meeting: architecture diagrams, process maps, retro boards full of sticky notes. - [Google Photos](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/googlephotos): Google Photos automations changed sharply in 2025. - [Higgsfield](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/higgsfield): Higgsfield is a creative platform that puts many image and video models behind one account, among them Higgsfield's own Soul models and third-party ones such as Kling, Seedance and Nano Banana Pro. - [Anthropic Administrator](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/anthropic-administrator): The Anthropic Admin API is for the people who run a Claude API organization, not for calling models. - [BuiltWith](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/builtwith): BuiltWith answers “what is this website running?” and, the other way round, “which websites run this technology?”. - [Happy Scribe](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/happy-scribe): Podcast producers, researchers and video teams use Happy Scribe to turn recordings into transcripts and subtitles, then spend time moving files in and text out. - [ClickUp](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/clickup): Most ClickUp automations either file work into the right List or report on work that is stuck. - [Tableau](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/tableau): Tableau automation is about the content around the dashboards: workbooks, views, data sources, extract refreshes, users and sites. - [VirusTotal](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/virustotal): VirusTotal is most useful in an automation as an enrichment step: given a file hash or a URL, what have its scanning engines said? - [Bitly](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/bitly): Bitly’s job in an automation is narrow and clear: take a long URL, return a short link (a bitlink), and later report how often it was clicked. - [Razorpay](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/razorpay): Businesses on Razorpay automate around money events: a payment captured, a payment failed, a refund processed, a settlement landing in the bank. - [Google Classroom](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/google-classroom): Teachers who automate Google Classroom usually want help with the chores around a course rather than the teaching itself: knowing who has not turned in an assignment, posting the week’s announcement on time, or keeping a gradebook spreadsheet aligned with what is in Classroom. - [Cloudinary](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/cloudinary): Cloudinary stores each uploaded image, video or raw file as an asset identified by a public ID, and almost everything else is derived from that ID. - [ServiceNow](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/servicenow): ServiceNow is a platform where every incident, change request, catalogue item and user is a row in a table, and nearly all integration work goes through that fact. - [UniFi](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/unifi): For anyone running UniFi gear at several locations, the recurring question is "is everything still up?" The UniFi Site Manager API answers it from the cloud side: it lists the hosts (consoles such as a Dream Machine or Cloud Key) and sites linked to your UI account, the devices under them, ISP metrics such as latency, packet loss and uptime, and the status of SD-WAN configurations. - [Manus](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/manus): Manus is an autonomous agent: you give it a task in plain language, it works on its own computer for minutes, and it returns a message and often files. - [RocketReach](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/rocket-reach): RocketReach is used to answer one question at scale: how do I contact this person at this company? - [Slazzer](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/slazzer): Slazzer's job in an automation is narrow and repeatable: take a product or portrait photo and return it without its background, ready for a marketplace listing, a catalogue, or an ID badge. - [Copyleaks](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/copyleaks): Copyleaks is used where originality has to be checked at volume: student submissions in a learning platform, freelance articles before payment, product descriptions before they go live. - [Databricks](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/databricks): In most companies Databricks holds the numbers other tools want: product usage, revenue models, churn scores. - [Google Docs](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/googledocs): Google Docs is usually the output, not the input: the place a weekly report, a draft spec or a postmortem lands so people can comment on it. - [Box](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/box): Box is where many companies keep contracts, design files and regulated documents, so automations around it tend to be about routing and governance: a signed agreement lands in one folder and must be filed, tagged and announced; an external collaborator's access should expire; a weekly audit should list what was shared outside the company. - [Vercel](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/vercel): Vercel automations usually involve deployments: knowing when one finished or failed, what changed, and whether the preview is ready for someone to check. - [Webflow](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/webflow): Most Webflow automation is CMS work. - [Adobe Marketing Agent](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/adobe-marketing-agent): Adobe Marketing Agent is a way to ask questions of Adobe Experience Platform in plain language, and Whenever reaches it only through Adobe’s hosted MCP service. - [DEV Community](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/devto): DEV Community runs on Forem, and its API is the Forem API: articles, comments, users, organisations, tags, followers and reading lists. - [Hugging Face](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/hugging-face): Hugging Face shows up in automations in two quite different roles. - [SEC EDGAR](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/sec): SEC EDGAR is where U.S. public companies file their annual reports, quarterly reports, insider trades and material event notices. - [npm](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/npm): npm is two things for automation purposes: a public registry with read endpoints anyone can call, and an account system that controls publishing. - [OpenRouter](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/openrouter): OpenRouter is one API in front of many model providers. - [Moz](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/moz): Moz is where many SEO teams get Domain Authority, Page Authority, Spam Score and link counts, and those numbers tend to end up in client reports and outreach lists. - [Brandfetch](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/brandfetch): Brandfetch answers one question well: what does this company look like? - [Google Sheets](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/googlesheets): Google Sheets can be the visible work queue for an automation rather than just its final report. - [Fish Audio](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/fish-audio): Fish Audio turns text into speech in a chosen voice, and most automation around it is narration: reading a blog post aloud, voicing a daily briefing, producing the same announcement in several voices. - [Odoo](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/odoo): Odoo puts sales, invoicing, inventory, CRM and projects in one database, so automations usually connect it to the tools around it: a web form that should create a CRM lead, a spreadsheet of supplier prices that should update products, or a daily list of overdue invoices for the finance channel. - [Kaggle](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/kaggle): Kaggle hosts datasets, notebooks and machine-learning competitions. - [Calendly](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/calendly): The moment worth automating in Calendly is the booking itself. - [Netlify](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/netlify): Teams usually automate Netlify around deploys: who shipped what, whether a production build failed, which preview is waiting for review. - [Census Bureau](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/census-bureau): The Census Bureau Data API is public statistics rather than a business account: population, income, housing, commuting and business counts for the United States, from states down to counties, tracts and block groups. - [Finviz](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/finviz): Finviz is known for its stock screener. The automation question is how to get a screen's results out on a schedule without copying them by hand. - [Airtable](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/airtable): Airtable keeps structured records in bases and tables. - [SurveyMonkey](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/survey-monkey): SurveyMonkey separates a survey from the ways it is sent out. - [Benzinga](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/benzinga): Teams use Benzinga to get market-moving news and calendar events for a watchlist into the places they already work. - [NotebookLM](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/notebook-lm): This connection is for NotebookLM Enterprise, the Google Cloud edition of NotebookLM, not the free consumer app. - [MXToolbox](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/mx-toolbox): MXToolbox is where email administrators go when mail stops arriving: is the domain on a blacklist, does the SPF record still include the new sending service, did someone break the DMARC record during a DNS change? - [Postman](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/postman): Teams automate around Postman when their API work lives there: collections that describe endpoints and tests, environments that hold base URLs and variables, and monitors that run collections on a schedule from Postman’s cloud. - [TinyURL](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/tinyurl): TinyURL’s developer API (version 2) creates and manages short links tied to an account. - [Monday](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/monday): monday.com stores work as boards made of items, with each item’s details held in columns of specific types: status, people, date, numbers, text, connected boards and more. - [HackerRank Work](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/hackerrank-work): HackerRank Work (HackerRank for Work) runs the technical part of hiring: timed coding tests and live interview pads. - [Printify](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/printify): Printify sits between a storefront and dozens of print providers. - [DigitalOcean](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/digital-ocean): People automate DigitalOcean for two reasons: to keep an eye on infrastructure without logging in, and to do routine operations on a timetable. - [Todoist](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/todoist): Todoist is where tasks land, so automations mostly feed it: an email flagged for follow-up becomes a task due tomorrow, a recurring checklist appears each month, a customer issue opens a task in the team project. - [Magic Hour](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/magic-hour): Magic Hour bundles many AI media tools behind one API key: text-to-video, image-to-video, animation, lip sync, face swap, AI headshots, image upscaling, background removal, AI images and more. - [1Password](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/1password): Automating 1Password is mostly about visibility and hygiene rather than moving secrets around. - [Ollama](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/ollama): Ollama runs open-weight language models on a machine you control, or on Ollama's own cloud, behind a small REST API: /api/chat and /api/generate for text, /api/embed for embeddings, and /api/tags to list installed models. - [BambooHR](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/bamboohr): BambooHR is usually the system of record for employees: names, job titles, managers, departments, start and end dates. - [GitLab](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/gitlab): GitLab puts code, issues, merge requests and CI/CD pipelines in one project, which makes it a good source of events. - [Pipedrive](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/pipedrive): Pipedrive is organised around deals moving through the stages of a pipeline, each linked to a person and usually an organisation, with activities and notes attached. - [Canvas](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/canvas): Canvas holds the structure of a course: enrolments, modules, assignments, quizzes, submissions and grades, announcements, and the calendar. - [Sympla](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/sympla): Sympla is a Brazilian ticketing and registration platform, and organisers usually want two things out of it: up-to-date sales numbers and attendee lists in the tools the rest of the team uses. - [Jira](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/jira): Everything useful you can ask Jira starts with JQL, its query language. - [Tailscale](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/tailscale): Tailscale’s control plane is managed through its API at api.tailscale.com, scoped to a tailnet. - [Brevo](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/brevo): Brevo, formerly Sendinblue, runs two kinds of sending through one account: marketing campaigns to contact lists, and transactional email or SMS triggered one recipient at a time. - [Clockify](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/clockify): Clockify holds the hours; the work around it is turning those hours into something else: invoices, payroll checks, client reports, a nudge for the person who forgot to log Friday. - [Cursor](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/cursor): Cursor is a code editor, but the parts you can automate live outside the editor. - [Splice](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/splice): Splice is a catalogue of royalty-free samples for music producers, and its value in automation is in the hunt rather than the mixing. - [Klaviyo](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/klaviyo): Klaviyo runs on two kinds of data: profiles (who someone is and whether they consented to email or SMS) and events (what they did, recorded against a named metric such as Placed Order). - [Signaturely](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/signaturely): Signaturely is an e-signature tool for small teams who send the same few agreements over and over: an NDA, a contractor agreement, an onboarding form. - [Wrike](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/wrike): Wrike work is organized as spaces containing folders and projects, which contain tasks, and a task can sit in several folders at once. - [Snowflake Basic](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/snowflake-basic): Snowflake holds the numbers other teams want but rarely open the warehouse to get: product usage per account, health scores, billing totals. - [ImgBB](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/imgbb): ImgBB is a straightforward image host: you send an image and get back public links to it. - [Grok](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/grok): Grok, on this page, means xAI's developer API, not the chat assistant on X. - [Semantic Scholar](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/semanticscholar): Semantic Scholar is a research tool, so automations around it are about watching literature rather than handling customers. - [Google Drive](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/googledrive): In most workflows Google Drive is the place where documents appear and where results get filed. - [Google Search Console](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/google-search-console): Search Console tells you how Google sees a site: which queries showed your pages, how often they were clicked, and whether Google could index them. - [CAMB.AI](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/camb-ai): CAMB.AI is used to localise audio and video: dubbing a video into other languages, turning text into speech in a chosen voice, translating text, and transcribing speech. - [Google Slides](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/googleslides): Google Slides automation is mostly about filling a designed deck with fresh content: a pitch deck for a deal, a monthly metrics review, a customer QBR. - [Apify](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/apify): Apify packages scrapers and browser automations as Actors. - [Grafana](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/grafana): Grafana is usually already the place a team looks at metrics, logs and traces. - [GoCardless](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/gocardless): GoCardless collects payments by bank debit and open banking. - [Meshy](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/meshy): Meshy generates 3D models from a text prompt or from one or more images, and can also retexture, remesh, rig and animate models. - [ngrok](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/ngrok): ngrok is best known as the agent you run on a laptop to give a local web server a public URL, which is how many developers receive webhooks while building. - [Typeform](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/typeform): Typeform is usually the front door of a process: a lead form, an event signup, an NPS survey, an expense claim. - [Webex](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/webex): Webex combines meetings and team messaging, and its REST API covers both: spaces (called rooms in the API), messages and memberships on one side, meetings, recordings, transcripts and meeting invitees on the other. - [PostHog](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/posthog): PostHog combines product analytics, session replay, feature flags and experiments in one project, so automations tend to bridge it to the people who act on the numbers: a weekly signup funnel for the growth channel, a ping when a flag rollout changes, a list of accounts whose usage dropped. - [Whop](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/whop): Creators and communities sell on Whop through products and plans: a buyer pays for a plan, a payment is recorded, and a membership grants access to whatever the product includes, such as a Discord server, courses or an app. - [Mindbody](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/mindbody): Mindbody runs the front desk for many studios, gyms and spas: class schedules, appointments, client records, memberships and sales. - [Dialpad](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/dialpad): Dialpad is where calls, texts and meetings happen, so automating it usually means reacting to what just happened on the phone. - [Otter.ai](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/otter-ai): Otter.ai records and transcribes meetings; its MCP server lets a connected tool search those meetings and read them. - [Apollo](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/apollo): Apollo is two things to an automation: a very large database of people and companies you can look up, and a sales engagement tool where your own contacts, accounts, deals and sequences live. - [Freshdesk](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/freshdesk): Support leads who automate Freshdesk are usually fighting one of three problems: tickets that sit unanswered past their due time, customers whose context lives in another system, or weekly reporting that someone assembles by hand. - [Confluence](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/confluence): Confluence is where teams keep the written record: meeting notes, runbooks, release notes, weekly reports. - [Sentry](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/sentry): Sentry groups individual error events into issues, and the issue is the unit people actually act on: it has a status (unresolved, resolved, ignored), an assignee, a first-seen and last-seen time, a count of events and users affected, and the project and release it belongs to. - [Intercom](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/intercom): Intercom’s data model centres on contacts (users and leads), companies, and conversations, with each conversation holding a series of parts: customer messages, admin replies, notes, assignments and state changes. - [Notion](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/notion): Notion is a useful destination when an operational event should become an editable page rather than another chat message. - [SendGrid](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/sendgrid): SendGrid (Twilio SendGrid) is the sending infrastructure behind many product emails: receipts, password resets, onboarding sequences, and marketing campaigns. - [Excel](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/excel): Excel automation works best when the workbook is treated as a defined business record rather than an arbitrary grid. - [Microsoft Teams](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/microsoft-teams): Microsoft Teams is a destination for decisions and handoffs, not just a place to dump notifications. - [Linear](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/linear): Linear is where many engineering teams already record incidents, bugs and planned work, so the most useful automations around it are the ones that react when an issue changes state. - [QuickBooks](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/quickbooks): QuickBooks automation needs an accounting decision before it needs a connection: are you recording a paid sale, collecting an unpaid invoice, or reviewing the books? - [Attio](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/attio): Attio is a CRM built on a flexible data model, and understanding that model is the first step to automating it. - [Mailchimp](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/mailchimp): Mailchimp automations nearly always come down to keeping an audience accurate: new people from forms, shops and CRMs added with the right tags, people who left kept out, and statuses respected. - [WhatsApp](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/whatsapp): This integration works with the WhatsApp Business Platform Cloud API, not with personal WhatsApp accounts. - [Supabase](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/supabase): A Supabase project is a Postgres database with services around it: an auto-generated REST API over your tables, authentication, file storage, realtime and Edge Functions. - [Datadog](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/datadog): Datadog already alerts well, so automations around it are usually about what happens next: summarising overnight monitor activity for a team that is not on call, opening a ticket when a monitor stays red, or reporting SLO status to people who never open dashboards. - [Google Analytics](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/google-analytics): Google Analytics automation begins with a reporting question, not an instruction to collect every available metric. - [Integrations — Page 2](https://www.whenever.dev/integrations/page/2): Browse connected apps in popularity order. -
